My name is Keandric Verge, and I was raised in Watertown, TN. I graduated from Watertown High School in 2020, where I scored 1,100 points in basketball over three years, and made history as the first person to win a state championship in track and field for the school. My achievements earned me a full scholarship to Tennessee State University in Nashville.

During my freshman year, I learned that my girlfriend was expecting our daughter. This blessing relocated me to Lebanon, where I commuted to Nashville daily. I had to develop a strong mindset as a father early on, and my daughter became my greatest motivation to work hard every day and provide her with the best possible life. As a college athlete, I earned multiple OVC medals, was invited to the NCAA D1 National Prelims, and graduated with a Business Administration degree on the Dean's List in May 2024.

In my spare time I enjoy staying in tune with my health doing various activities such as working out, playing pickup basketball, going on family walks, and of course keeping up with my energetic daughter. 

After graduation, I chose to pursue a career in sales, where my passion for building strong relationships and helping others will be the foundation of my success. Real estate is a natural fit for me, as I understand the importance of listening to my clients, attending to their needs, and guiding them through some of the most significant decisions of their lives.
